Since age three, Paige Carlton has been studying and performing dance. She began competitive dance in New York at age five where she competed in regional competitions with American Stardom, Eastern Performing Arts Winner Showcase, Showbiz, and Dance USA. In 2002 she earned a gold medal in the American Academy of Ballet performance awards. As a member of the Charleston Ballet, Paige has performed in productions of The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Les Sylphides, and others. She has also been an active member of the theater community; she played Alice in Alice in Wonderland and also had roles in Huntington Outdoor Theater's Annie Get Your Gun and 5th Avenue Theater's Annie, Gypsy, and It's a Wonderful Life.
